Think Ahead LLC Return Policy
All claims for refunds and/or adjustments on software must be made within 14 days of purchase date. No refunds or adjustments will be made after that date. Claims are subject to review by Think Ahead LLC. All claims must be made by email or US Postal Service and must include a written explanation providing sufficient detail to explain the reason for the claim. If there is a dispute as to the validity of a claim, it is the responsibility of the claimant to provide proof of delivery of the claim within the claim period. Charges for shipping, handling, and media duplication are non-refundable. All media containing the software must be returned. All claims must include a statement indicating that the claimant has returned any versions of the software stored on any data storage medium and has permanently deleted any version of the software installed on any computer. Any instances of unauthorized use or copying of any copyrighted material produced by Think Ahead LLC, its affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, vendors and/or suppliers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by copyright and other applicable laws.
